Is there a way to stop these mail or an easier way for me to re direct these collectors to her? They are really stuffing my mailbox..

your boyfriend can apply to for disassociation from her (relating to credit and debts), if he does not do this he could face problems in the future if he wants to get a loan or credit cards. in the meantime, just send any letters back to sender, unopened and write on the envelope 'no longer at this address'

Call the collectors (there should be a name of the company on the letters, don't open any of the mail!), and have a talk with them. Be firm.

sadly the Collectors may think you are the woman they are seeking - and that you have just changed your name to avoid them. OR, worse, his ex may have been trying to make out she is you (i hope not, for your sake).
Just write boldly across the front of every letter 'Not at this address - Return to Sender' on every letter sent and put every one in the mail box. So every letter is returned to the sender.
Keep your own identity documents close by at all times in case you are ever asked to prove who you are.
Some may say get your boyfriend to sort this out - but first and foremost protect your reputation and your credit rating by not acquiring any SAD (Sexually Acquired Debt)
Check your credit rating to ensure that she has not tried to acquire any debt using your name (even if she has been refused it will show up if she has used your details on her application)
Change your passwords regularly.
Contact Police if you ever get an inkling that she is ever purporting to be you.
She may be very desperate to survive while trying to evade her debts.
Take care.
