 AZO has great product lines for this also,pill form. Also eat yogurt it sometimes helps,and it can't hurt. Schedule an app. when you can that would probably be most beneficial to you. Oh,and don't used anything scented tampons or pads and use the Summers Eve gentle cleaser.

 you need to go and see a OB/GYN, but until then I would suggest using Summers Eve Maximum Strength Anti-itch gel.
It is a pain releiver and skin protectant, and it will help.
