Hi,

I agree. Thinking about sex isn't bad, and speaking from experience as a guy, it ranks pretty high on the thought list at age 25.

What is it that brings you to think about it? Is there a trigger that starts it? Someone at work that you're interested in? Or the lack of someone?

Or is it an easy path for your brain to take to distract you from something less pleasurable and uncomfortable?

People often ask me, When should I go see a doctor about this? My response is often: When it starts to effect your life, career, and relationships.
