I want to make positive changes to my life and lifestyle. I know the person I want to be, but I don't feel like I am in a position to be that person at the minute. I don't think the changes are dramatic; just changing habits, prioritising things, becoming more productive, enjoying life more etc. When I've made changes in the past, I manage to keep it up for a number of weeks, perhaps months, and then it slips. I know this might be true for a lot of people. But how do I change it?In an ideal world I would go away, take a little break, recharge and refocus. But, unfortunately I do not have that luxury. How do I make the changes I want when I feel the way that I do? I feel like life is passing me by. I want to grab it by the scruff of the neck. But, physically I don't seem capable at the minute. Does anyone have any advice. Thanks Reply to this Question Share |

Mate I really hope you get the answer you are looking for .
I am in exactly the same boat as you at the moment , I feel life is just drifting away and as I am doing nothing everybody else is doing something.
like you I know that little things can make a difference , going the gym , eating healthy and setting yourself little goals ...but I try them and they never last long.
The hard thing is it is up to you mainly , you have got to thing do you want to be 30+ thinking god I wasted my 20s doing nothing .
They doing things like getting up and hour early can help , making minor changes to your everyday life.
setting little goals that you achieve can make you feel good about yourself and want to you to do more.
as I said I hope you get the answer you are looking for because I am still searching for it .
