TALK to him (not during or right after sex) about trying some new things. Make sure you have condoms for this. TELL him what you would like to TRY with him and ASK him what HE would like to try with you.
Let's say he ISN'T into anal, then you are JUST going to have to respect that boundary, just like HE would have to respect ANY of your boundaries.
TALK. TO. HIM.
