I've been dating my boyfriend for 2 years now and he's told me how much he loves me over the phone and in person. However, lately, he's been very independent. He doesn't talk to me near as much as he used to. I've been trying to get him to pay attention to me like he used to, but a lot of my attempts seem to be failing. What I want to know is how do I get his attention and tell him how I feel without seeming clingy but having it still sink in? Please help.

So_Very_Confused agony aunt2 years at your age is a long time, he may be feeling the need to spread his wings and you may need to start preparing for the "we have to break up, it's me not you" speech.

have you told him how you feel? telling your boyfriend how you feel is not being needy or clingy.

why are you afraid he will say you are clingy? has this come up before?
