Everything is great between us except that he lives one state over from me and never wants to drive down and see me. I almost think it is because he is afraid of my dad thinking something about our relationship, but I really can't figure out why he won't come to see me. What should I do to get him to come see me? He really only lives 45 minutes away. I really don't think it's fair that I always have to get to his house. Reply to this Question Share |

No its not fair, things like this should be even.
Have you asked him why he doesn't want to? What is his reason?
Maybe he is scared of your dad and if that is the case, get your dad to perhaps invite him once for dinner so your boyfriend knows that your dad is not the problem.
Or maybe he is just lazy.
I think you need to tell him that you really enjoy spending time with him but you would really love it if he could visit you too. If he says no, ask him why.
Good luck
