I kinda already knew last year but didnt know if they where still dating. So does she like me at all?  Continue being yourself and ask her out, but, if she really leaves her boyfriend for you, who's to say she wouldn't leave you for another. It doesn't mean she will... but think about it.
My honest recommendation is, don't try to break anyone up so you can be with someone.

You really can't do too much about the boyfriend. I am in the same situation the best thing you can do is treat her well be nice be caring be there when she needs you and hopefully in the long run you will win her heart. If she likes you moree than her boyfriend she will eventually realize it.
