One- who cares about the laws.
Two- who cares about other people?
If you love someone whether it is a man, woman, or family member, if it is consensual go for it.
Talk to her about what the relationship means to you.
If she loves you as well, prove to her it is worth the slight inconvenience of dealing with some idiots not agreeing with what you do.

It is considered incest and is punishable by fines and/or a prison sentence.Unfortunately, it very unlikely that most people accept your relationship as stepbrother/stepsister relationships are not usually smiled upon.Do your parents know about your relationship and if so how do they feel about it?Regardless of what you decide, I hope for the best for you! :)
