The father was well informed that I was in labor and we ended up in the hospital for 2 days because of how she was eating, his excuse on not being there was because he couldn't find a ride. He doesn't have a licenses. And when we finally arrived home it was a fight and battle to get him to see her until we picked out a day, that day came and now all a sudden he thinks she isn't his. Even talked about after the DNA test he talked about signing his rights over. My question is, how do I go about getting that DNA test? I'd like to slap it in his face that he's hers. As you can tell we are no longer together. And the time she was concieved he wouldn't allow me to do anything without him, so I don't see how he could question it. I just need to pointed in the right direction.. As much as I want him out of My life he needs to be apart of hers. If he chooses to be anyways. Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

Usually you can go to Child Support Enforcement in your state and request a test. If you apply for public assistance you normally will have to give them the name and contact info for the non-custodial parent and they will pursue child support or repayment of benefits.
Whatever you do, don't go on Maury! :-)

Alternatively if he doesn't agree to a test then you haveto get a court order to make him, well in ireland you can anyway, so as to determine whther he has to pay maintenance etc. This obviously would involve a lawyer.
The best way to get info on this is to go to your local family planning clinic, they'll be able to point you in the right direction.
