I have tried several dating sites find a British girl friend for myself but it hasn't worked since I am not located in UK thats why I guess. Even I tried to go to UK on visit visa but my visa application got rejected. What should I do know? Will I ever find a British girlfriend ? Or I should get over this as fantasy of mine? Being a British lady myself i must say thank you for the compliment. But you shouldn't pin your hopes on finding a girl from Britain. An accent may be nice, but it does not mean that the person may be nice. Not all Brit girls are perfect, like any other ladies from other countries. I work with the British armed forces as well as NATO and i can't really tell much of a difference between the way in which the british women are any nicer then the americans,etc.
I'd say just go out and find yourself a local girl who you can actually see and have a relationship with.

 I agree with iAmHereToHelpYou, on all the points she made. It's nice that you find British ladies fascinating, but that can not be your criteria for a girlfriend. You also can't be limiting yourself to one group of women, especially if they are unavailable to you. You need to look for a woman who is real, and not a woman of your imaginations.
Why was your visa rejected? Maybe you could work on that and work on getting a visa, for example through a job, or through studies. But remember, if you want a girlfriend you need to pick a girl based on completely other criteria than how she speaks. The language or accent needs to be a bonus, not the entire reason for why you are dating her.
