I noticed her because while I was preoccupied with something she asked to see my phone. I didn't really care as it was locked and I wasn't thinking about giving her the code as I was doing something else. But on iPhone, the camera is available from the lock screen so she was playing with it I guess and took 4 or 5 pictures of herself and gave it back after a while. Before this though, she had messed up some guys hair and we kind of joked about it and she gave me that shy/flirty vibe. The phone thing was two weeks ago and I got her number last night. She noticed me after I commented on a remark made by a speaker on stage and said "Hey, you're that guy who's phone I played with." with a smile. I'm also pretty sure I caught her looking at me a few times too. But idk, I'm beginning to ramble. So I got her number and am interested in following up with her but I'm not sure how to really get on her radar. I'm thinking of a witty text about her pictures on my phone. Any ideas?

The risks, in good news/bad news shortcuts. Good news she says yes. Bad news she says not but then you don't have to think up all sorts of witty texts to get her to notice you. Based on your info, she has noticed you already.
