writes:my husband had an affair he denies they slept together and were just friends now he has a lot of female friends i dont know i may have met her in the supermarket once and have been introduced i think he's up to some thing again but have no proof and everytime i say some thing he hits the roof and accuses me of stalking him and checking his phone his own wife!!!! how do i find out realistic ideas please thanks x

 If you have money, hire a detective. If not take time off from work and follow him around the clock and see where he goes.
If that doesn't seem worth it then you don't really want to know. Figure out how to deal with not knowing instead. Maybe he's a "don't ask, don't tell" kind of guy.
Or maybe you burn all his stuff in a bonfire in the front yard and kick his sorry butt out. Your call.
