 You worry to much. I have a similar problem. Be more fun and relax. Go out to cafe or bookstore or even a local store. Talk to anyone whose around you. BE goofy! Just be honest and truthful to yourself and people around you. Make plans with friends and do something exciting together.
If you want to talk to your old friends again .. just cal them up and said i miss you and let hang out like the old times.. Your young go to a concert with someone and have fun
