Im quite insecure about them and i have been to see my gp about them but obviously because im under 18 they cant do anything. Can anyone who has the same problem give me some support (pardon the pun) and tips with how to feel more comfortable eg that new breast enlarging serum. Thanks in advance

Totally normal. Almost all women have asymmetrical breasts, and during adolescence it's normal for them to be even more asymmetrical. To fix it buy those little silicone cutlets to put in the smaller cup to fill out your bras a bit and buy bras with molding. Your breasts stop growing in your early twenties so if they haven't evened out, go see your gp again to talk about options.
