A reader, anonymous, writes (8 April 2011):

I don't think you can so easily. How long have you been with him? Do you live together? When is the wedding?

People who are together a while get through the 'honeymoon period' and settle into a calmer phase where they are familiar with each other, in a routine. Ask yourself if you would miss him if you split, and if spending your life together is what you want.

Think about ways to romance him be spontaneous - if nothing works and your feelings are really gone - then tell him, let him go, but be sure you've tried everything first for both your sakes.
