However now I am having doubts because she has been really nasty to me this week, to the extent of hitting me in the eye. Therefore I am thinking it may not be a very good idea for me to bring her with me if she is going to act in such a way. Unfortunatly, I have no idea how to suggest I dont want her to come anymore, and im afraid it will mess her up because shes having a hard time at home. But really all i want to do is go with the guy I like, who is actually nice to me...help?

We are no longer real friends to be honest.
I decided not to invite the guy as well, but instead just had a girls night out-it was amazing!
so thanks.

let her stew in her own juice. She's hardly a 'best friend' if she does that sort of thing! You don't need friends like her, that's for sure. Ask the guy ASAP just in case he plans to do something else on that day before you offer him the chance of going with you.
