 Well seems he likes you and you like him, but he may be shy as to not telling you he likes you.
Tell him on msn just say i'd like us to be more than friends if you feel the same and wait for his reply.
If he doesnt like you then you know where you stand as (friends)
If he does take it slow and see what happends.
