my boyfriend lives in another state. im being really irrational but i can never see him and im afraid he will forget me and or find someone else. sometimes he doesnt call for one or two days and there is a new girl on his facebook and its driving me crazy wondering who she is. i almost asked him about it but thought it would sound like i was spying. however i didnt sleep all night and was in near tears. i miss him. what can i do to feel better and not act like a fool? a little background: we're only four months into the relationship. we met here he had to leave but we fly back and forth when we can.

A male reader, realman United States +, writes (26 February 2010):

To be honest, I have to say long distance's relationship can't keep long. If you and your boyfriend can't work out the problem of the distance,I'm afraid you two will eventually trend to seperation. Please forgive my candor. That's the truth. it has many instances to prove it. So, if you two do love each other, the main question is getting together forever, or else to be ready for that bad end.
