But, being clumsy, I've shaved a little too close to the actual opening of my vagina, and as a result hair has started to grow in places that I would consider to be not normal, where the skin is a different texture and it's kind of inside you. Now I have to shave there too or i'll be just some freak with a shaved pussy, but hairy inside. Is there any way I can get rid of this perminently? Obviously it's an extremely sensative area so the thought of waxing etc. is a very VERY last resort (if I did wax would it impair my sensation when having sex?). Don't take the piss, serious advice only pleae, it's embarassing enough as it is xx

but if it's not thousands of them, try using tweezers like you might for your eyebrows, if you want a low-cost solution. it'll last longer than shaving, avoid possibility of really unwanted cuts, and pulling the hairs out like that actually does damage to the follicles, so the hair that grows back won't be as strong, thick, etc., and after a while, might not grow back at all.

have you tried electrolysis? Those things are pretty cheap (pick one up from argos if they exist where you're from) and you seriously wont feel a thing (I never felt anything when I used them!:-P) after using it for a while, the hair definitely grows back thinner or stops growing back altogether:-)

Ask your gynaecologist. And in the meantime, avoid getting a rasor too close to your clitoris. I'm getting shivers just thinking about what could happen...

Obviously waxing isnt an option and most hair removal creams aren't designed to be used in the inner genital areas and can cause irritation if used. Im not sure about how you would get rid of it permenantly im not sure that you could get laser hair removal there. Sorry if this doesnt help but just to let you know that lots of people get it and that its not even a big deal, most men dont notice.
