You just look at them and choose one of the following:
"yep I'm FUN-Sized"
"good things come in small packages"
"compact is easier to maneuver"
I'm 5'2" which is ok for a woman but I still tell folks I'm fun sized.
WHEN YOU STOP being UPSET about their teasing the teasing loses it's power... you get teased because they know it upsets you... once they can't get a rise out of you it will stop.

hi :-) i am 25 and 4"11. so i too have had all the jokes. but if your friends are doing it to be mean then tell them it hurts you when thy say it. the other week we had all our big bosses in our store where i work the head chief i guess. well when he walked past me he asked his other co worker "is she even old enough to work here,?"so yeah not only am i short i look like im only 15. dont worry about what they say. they are more then likely joking. just tell them it upsets you and im sure they will stop.

If they are your friends, then tell them that the demeaning and teasing comments about your height are insulting and offensive to you, and that you ask them not to do it again.
If they are strangers, walking away is a mature response, but if they corner you, use a LOUD voice and say STOP TALKING about my height. Drop it. Now.
Finally, find joy in those who love you. Sometimes when you're in numbers, people who make cutting comments start to feel insecure. Putting someone down to make themselves feel better is infantile and weak.

Smootnezz, what you should try is to refer to some celebrities people may or may not be attracted to... Being shorter than average is actually a very common thing throughout Hollywood... My ultimate point is that there are many women out there who would hate to have a man so tall that they would look so tiny next to, no matter how high the heels she happens to put on...Check this out - Female stars who are 4' 11" tall:http://www.celebheights.com/s/1244Female.htmlVeronica Lake, Tila Tequila, Mary Kate Olsen, Ashley Olsen, Charlene Tilton, Tammy Faye BakkerFemale Stars who are 5' tall:http://www.celebheights.com/s/150Female.htmlChristina Ricci, Kylie Minogue, Hayden Pennetiere, Pat Benetar, Dolly Parton, Charlotte Rea, Alex Borstein (a.k.a. Lois Griffin on Family Guy)Females who are 5' 1" tall:http://www.celebheights.com/s/154Female.htmlAnna Kendrick, Ellen Page, Vanessa Hudgens, Sherri Shepherd, Abigail Breslin, Joan Rivers, Lady Gaga, Rachel Bilson, Nicole Richie, Hilary Duff, Emily Browning, Carrie Fisher, Missy Elliott, Alexa Vega, Kristen Bell, Bette Midler, Geri Halliwell, Samantha FoxAnd the guys who are just around 5' tall:Kevin Hart, Rey Mysterio, Wallace Shawn(inconceivable!), Prince, Seth Green, Martin Scorsese, Joe PesciMany people with great success throughout their lives are not as tall as they may appear on the "BIG" Screen... Just try to remember, as my 4' 2" tall college room-mate once told me, "I may not be tall, but I'm 'big' where it counts!"Screenwriter William Goldman, in his Adventures in Screen Trade book: Which Lie Did I Tell, comments that "Movie stars are short...You see, stars have lifts in their boots....They have lifts in their shoes, their loafers, their slippers. I know one who has lifts in their socks. But noone has figured out a way to put lifts in their feet (yet)"So, in the end, it matters not what your height is, but how great a person you are. Be better than those who scoff at your shorter height. I, myself, am 6' 3" tall and believe me, riding a bike down the sidewalk can be hazardous with low-hanging branches...
