leanne.od agony aunti suffered with depression for 6 years, my circumstances were completely difference but it still is a horrible thing to go through. you need to seek medical help, they will prescribe you with mnedication that is designed to make you feel calm and at ease. it isn't a cure, just something to help you whilst nature takes it corse.

unfortunatley, if you decide not to go to the doctors, it could get worse before it gets better. nothing can make depression go away because pshycological and you are clouded by negativity. don't like going outdoors, wanting to stay in bed, not wanting to engage in too much conversation and joking and laughing. you may have days that you feel okay and happy but only the odd day.

if the pills the doctors give you fail to work then maybe seek a counsillers help or a "shrink" because they might be able to help you find inner peace, maybe the constant rejection is making you feel insecure and as though something wrong with you (which it isn't) but they could help build your confidence back up.

good luck.

I think that rejection of any form is hard to deal with. But even more so if you realy do like the person who is doing the rejecting.

How do you get over her? Have you spoke to her and found out why you were rejected? Sometimes all we need is to know the reson why, n then we can move on.

For feeling depresed I think as hard as it is going to be but try not to think about her.. go out n enjoy yourself. Try to keep busy and ocuppied. It will get easier but not if all ya fill your head with is questions. keep positive their will be someone els out their n youll be happy..all the best gaz
