writes:I just started seeing this guy and he never has $ to take me anywhere. It's not that I need someone to pay stuff for me because I have a job and can buy my own stuff. But he doesn't even have money to pay for himself. Already two times we have gone out, I've had to pay. He only gets paid once a month, and its very little.I like hanging out with him, but it's hard to understand someone with finiancial stuff when you just met them. How can I deal with this, ive talked to him about but he really hasn't said much about it.

Let him organise the dates, to sit in a park with a picnic is cheap, going to free exhibition or concert. He can cook for you, there's lots he can do. Step back a bit and let him think more. If he wants to see you he can put more thought into it.
