well this isn't a relationship question but i do need advice, and not many people really take it seriously

basically im 15 and in highschool, and my problem is that i sruggle with giving oral presentations, really struggle, a couple of weeks before im planned to give one i always panic, and feel sick then when it comes to the day of doing it, i normally throw up, i feel like im about to have a panic attack, i start breathing quicker, i shake like ive never shaken before, i feel like im about to burst into tears, ive actually had to leave classrooms before because i got like this i really couldn't do it. It's affecting my grades, not hugely but it is to some extent.

The thing is, im not a shy person, i have lots of friends, im confident when im out around people, its just giving the presentations in school, plus ive just moved to a new school so its new people, and i have a different accent, i just need advice on how to contain myself, and not feel like this as much as i do.

any advice at all would be helpful! thank you.

sounds to me like you lack confidence in yourself when comes to things like this . when you goin if your friends are going try get the chance to walk round you know see everyone thats you know is there . it will help you calm.

Say to yourself you are just telling your friends a very big story like you canadians or americans would say gossip. then when it starts say your into and if feel appropriate make a joke on your nervs get the crowd on your side.
