Ok here goes.... my boyfriend of almost 3 years, spent 1 year of it in jail.I messed up I cheated on him with a married man..I broke it off before he came home, told him what i did and how sorry i was. He has forgave me he says ,I dont think so. It was not my fault he went to jail if he hadnt got drunk and wrecked he would have been here with me. Anyway we are still living together but... he says that he dont know if we will ever get past it.. If it bothered him so bad how could he have sex with me the day he came home? ohh yea I know I'm just a piece.. but sometimes it seams like he loves me more than anything in the world.. then other days he looks at me like he could kill me. I have tried every way to show him how much I love him and how sorry I am.. but I think i am fighting a loosing battle.. What do I do?? I really want to spend the rest of my life with him.. I love him so very much. when we met he had one of the worst reputations ever. 7 dui's in and out of jail. But i showed him there was more to life than that bs. I truly beleive this time he has learn his lesson.. I DONT WANT TO GIVE UP!

girllovenguy agony auntthank you all for the advice. i have tried every way i can think you to say im sorry and prove my love to him.. but i think he has made up his mind.. i know i did wrong and i cant change it.. god above knows i wish i could.. but today he said " how do i know you didnt sleep with more than just him" in my eyes he called me a whore and thats one damn thing im NOT.. that really hurt me i guess it was a way for him to hurt me like i hurt him... my heart is breaking.. maybe i should just let him go.. its my fault anyway.. i cant take him looking at me with such disgust for me... maybe this is what i deserve for breaking his trust.. but dammit he broke mine when he went and got drunk ( he hadnt dranked anything for 1 1/2 years) prior to this .. i just knowed he had changed..i wish i could become a cold hearted bitch.. then maybe i wouldnt care and i could just say " hey either get over it and put it in the past, if you want a life with me, if not pack your bags and just leave"

its to be hoped the married mans wife doesnt find out and come knocking on your door while he`s in there with you, causing even more trouble. maybe theres a lot more negative thought about you to come yet and to a lot you may not be seen as a promising future. i say the best thing is let him sleep with his wife to even it so no one can say anything then.

I wonder, given his history, whether he had a troubled childhood. It is likely that your fling has disturbed him, he is trying to get past it but it's not easy. If you feel you have something worth saving, try a lot of reassurance and building the trust back up again.

hey well let me put it to you this way he is reacting in a more calmer way. If it was me I would want to know the guys address and have selfsatisfaction on hurting him. You probably mean the world to your bf he is crazy for you , but when he finds out something like that well its not something you are goin to forget. He prob maybe see's himself as your last sexual partner as in settle down or something but because of this it has realy damaged his spirit.

And obvo he wanted sex when he came out of jail, being around guy prob didnt help because thats whats is mostly discussed.

If you are in a relationship that you talk about your problems then I suggest you two have a proper serious chat about things. He might not admit straight away but keep him chatting and tell him how you feel and most importantly do not raise youre voice. From what I have learn calm talks are very very helpful. and if al goes well never ever menchain your affair because like I said this will get to him . good luck and let me know how it works out:)

It was his fate to go jail and loose his happy moments with you no one can change it but what he was supposed to enjoy somebody else taken the chance, you must have waited for him but you did not do it any how, it hurts him a lot but he cannot do anything to you, don't worry because he loves and he will never want to loose you again, he may get angry but he can do nothing don't worry and love him a lot so that he should not get angry because his past criminal history may effect his mind to do anything in his anger (condition is love him a lot so that he may not become your enemy)and give him trust that you will not cheat him again and he will be fine
