 Just be caring and talk to her. Show her that you care about what she is saying, also hold the door for her and let her take a seat before you so she doesn't have to squish by. Maybe then she can see that she should be with a gentleman instead of her bf now.
If you are a nice person you will do these things without thinking about them so all you have to do is be around her and she will see it for herself.
