But I panic over everything. You name it I'm afraid/panic over everything! Like if I go out clubbing and see a guy I won't talk to him because I'm afriad he'll make a fool of me. I want to see the world but I don't want to go alone and I'm a bit antisocial. So it's hard for me to make new friends. How do I change my life style?

This is hard but I suggest start small and work up.
It'll be immpossible to tackle the hard social or life situations right from the get-go. Perphaps join a small somthing (whatever a hobbie you like) and build up confidence.
Take time to care about yourself, do things that make you happy and feel good. The confidence will come and then you can try bigger and harder challenges.
