Hi there,
First, why did she go mental when you got a job offer?
Second, you basically have to tell yourself that there are ups and downs in a relationship. So I don't think its entirely unusual to feel a little less in love/ 'unattracted' at times. So you need not be hard on yourself. Its okay.
Third, I think you should take a short weekend vacation with your girlfriend. Treat her to her favourite food. Buy her new clothes. Go for a massage! or just be plain nice to her fully accepting her as she is now.
fourth, your mates. just ignore their judgmental ways. keep meeting them along with your girlfriend and explain to them your situation if possible.
Goodluck!
Cheers
