i'm afraid that my boyfriend doesn't appereciate me enough,he doesn't communicate enough and i'm afraid that i also get angry too fast...how do i avoid this feeling of anger?

work on the communication. if supplied answers don't cut it, take a breath, relax and try a different way to say what you want or what you want to know. tell him you don't want to cause trouble or get angry. but the way things are isn't quite working for you but you want things to work and that takes communication. us guys can learn better communication if its important enough to us. always be honest and don't quit until you get what you are looking for. alot of people have problems talking, especially us guys. he might not be right for you too. good luck
