 I dont think you can show her or tell her you truly love her because you are too young. I know this isnt what you want to hear but you wont find out what true love is until you are much much older, at least for another 5 or 6 years, maybe even more.
If you "hook up" with other people (I dread to think what this means at your age) then you dont love her. Love is where you are committed to one person, that you respect them and care about them more than anyone else in the world.
Having a girlfriend should be fun; you should be holding hands at school and thats about it! Dont worry about love and all the trouble that brings, you have the rest if your life to worry about that!
