 The ejaculating isn't what causes the satisfaction, it's the orgasm (the two are actually separate events, you can do one without the other, and ejaculating without orgasm from what I hear really doesn't feel that good). When a girl orgasms it's the same as when you do. The same parts of your brain light up when you orgasm, regardless of gender it feels pretty much the same to orgasm.
Also, getting erections every day is fine. When you sleep you will get an erection several times each night as you go into a REM cycle, no matter what. I would be careful about watching porn every day, it can be addictive and can affect your relationships with live people.

 A girl will invariably moan and clench her fists but there's no definite indicator. Its certainly not as extreme as porn often makes it out to be.
Having an erection does not have too many bad effects in reality. Being bisexual myself I'm aroused all-too-often and I don't have any major negative experiences.

no negative effects at all its actually bad for your health to not masturbate every now and again. and when a woman qlimaxes its hard to explain but it not like in porn just look for a tell like a face or a moan or after a big smile there a few tell tale signs
