writes: Hi, this is my conundrum:This new girl just started at work (by just started I mean A week, maybe a week and a half ago). She is always in her office and I never get a chance to bump into her outside of that damn office (by the way, there are others in the office at the same time; she works in HR). I am dying to talk to her, because I find her very attractive, but the problem I have is I can't just walk into the office and say "Hi, how are you..." etc, etc. How could I possibly find a way to strike up a conversation? The only time she has seen me, I gave her a smile and she gave me this gorgeous smile back at me. Any ideas on what I can do? Thanks in advance for any replies.

First off, be cautious and wary of any potential close relations you develop in the workplace as that is something very much overlooked by people and can affect them greatly. Just think about possible consequences and move on with your decision.
If you decide to pursue her, Id try maybe sending her an email first since u can have direct contact or even a phone call! Get this, one time when i was 16 i used to work at this gorcery store and had the wood for this cashier...well, she was always busy with customers and granted she see my cashier stand from where she was...she was still unavailable. LOL so I just picked up the phone asked her what time she got off work, what she was doing after, and then bam! asked her out for some food.
Whatever you do, dont break the rules of ur job to establish contact lol. That can very much backfire...keep it simple and this is good ur eager to approach, just play some good cards pal. Good luck.
