writes: Ok. I really really like this guy who is 3 years older than me. He is funny, kind, shares some of the same interests as me (and as a bonus he is gorgeous aswell!!) However i don't see him very often as he is away at boarding school for most of the year. The thing is, is it love? I do think about him sometimes, but the thing is that I'm a busy person and get on with my life without yearning for him every minute of the day!! (It isn't lust either that I am feeling! I actually like him as a person). I have my own interests and schoolwork to do and don't get distracted from them - but is that just because I'm quite mature for my age, albeit confused at this moment in time!  I think everyones perception of love differs somewhat from person to person, but for me love is caring about someone else more than you care about yourself. The one person that is always on your mind from the moment you wake up till your head hits the pillow at night. The one that gives you the butterflies whenever you see them. When its love the world becomes a beautiful place and you start to notice all those things that you normally take for granted, like the smell of cut grass on a sunny spring afternoon, how the sun sets in the evenening, and how bright the stars are at night. Love is the most beautiful thing in the world and some people spend their whole lives trying to find it, and some never do. If you ever find it grab it with both hands and never ever look back.
