 You cant plain and simple. Every girl is different and some like it and some dont. If she is not comfortable with it then please dont keep going on to her about it because you will make her resent you. Maybe she has never done it before and is scared she wont satisfy you. Maybe sit her down and be honest and open with her, wear a condom and go through it step by step with her, if she really doesnt want to do it then let it go.
