You won't have got tighter because you haven't had sex for 4 months.
Relax the more you worry the more uptight your going to be. Next time you decide to have sex relax, make sure your in a safe place and nothing is going to disturb you, then begin with lots of kissing and touching and foreplay, don't let him try to enter you until you feel ready.
Relax and have fun, it will become so much easier.
Good Luck!

It could just be nerves (often times it's difficult to become 'wet' when ypur a little overwhelmed) or common vaginal dryness (hormones and just something physical) Try KY Jelly or some other lubricant. But honestly if it's nerves maybe try keeping it above the pants for awhile, maybe your not emotionally ready. Also you may want to try foreplay first off... it usually massages the vaginal walls and makes it easier for penetration.
Good luck and relax it will be right when it's right.
