Neither one of us can realisticly move to where the other lives as the kids cannot be taken away from their other parent. My soulmate and i have known each other for over twenty years and began a relationship a year and a half ago after she was separated and I was still married. We want to be together forever, eventually get married and live in the same place but that will be almost impossible for the forseeable future because of the age of our kids(mine are 15,13,9 and hers are 8 and 6). We are used to communicating by phone and computer because of the distance but in reality, we will spend maybe 20-25% of the time together physically(maybe less?)...I want to stay a great and involved parent as i always have been (as does my soulmate), so kids are a top priority. I just hope and pray that we can sustain and build our relationship with all the obstacles that are thrown in our way.....thoughts?

2nd- where you meet does not really mean soul mate
3rd- when in doubt (its better to follow your instints)
4th- GOOD Luck if opposite action from all advice is token.. (life is not easy when seeking change- especially financially)
