You're stressing too much. Generally speaking, the pill makes light of our periods as well as the usual mind-numbing cramps and extreme bloating. I found when I was on the Pill, I had it pretty good. I only bled for maybe 2 days, it was light and I hardly had any cramps or bloating. Stress can play a factor on you though, usually it's more extreme than what you've described, but I once lost a beloved pet, and I was so sad and depressed over it, I didn't have a period for 2 months. But it's rare. Since you stated that you've been on the Pill for a few years, it seems odd that your periods would change like that, all of a sudden. So perhaps a trip to see your physician will put your mind at ease. Good luck.
