She likes him and cares for him, but I'm not sure how far that extends. I think her boyfriend has a sense of this and is trying to keep her with gifts, flowers, and a weekend get-away trip. Why do I suspect this is happening? Well, because I have been guilty of stretching out a relationship like this and unfortunately it worked for awhile.Normally, I wouldn't hesitate to say something to her as we are very close and honest with each other, but we have been more than friends in the recent past and both still admit strong feelings towards each other. I don't want her to think that I am saying something so she ditches him and gives me a second chance. I honestly think that this guy is trying too hard. What should I do or say?
