aww! talking at this point is the best way of letting her know how you feel. if you are best friends then you should be able to tell her anything. i would just let her know how you feel about her. even a couple of subtle hints. be prepared though because she might not have the same feelings that you have for her, but maybe she does fancy you and has been to shy to tell you.. you never know till u tell her :) good luck, hope it goes well
