How can I support my friend who's ex may be pregnant?

Hey guys i need advice. I have this guy friend and we're really close. He recently told me that his ex might be pregnant coz she didn't get her periods for 2 months. Also i had a weird dream about eggs which could mean fertility and there wer alot broken and 2 whole. He is a twin so i told him about the dream and said she might be pregnant with twins. I was really disapointed with him. He hopes she is not pregnant and so do i. Any advice please anyone?
