I just see him during nutrition and lunch but all of a sudden i start thinking about something like a song and it reminds me of something i told him a long time ago. I just can't get it out of my mind for some reason. Please help me, why do i start thinking about him all of a sudden and why can't i get him out of my mind?

reader, anonymous, writes (9 April 2009): It's a natural thing to think of him when something simple happens like the song you heard. There's nothing wrong with it, you just have to learn to think of something else or not get sad about it.
Maybe it's because you've crushed on him for a LONG time. You guys have shared a friendship, and it hurts when you can't talk to him the way you did before he got a girlfriend. I usually say that it takes the same amount of time you've crushed on somebody as it does to get over them. Which means you'll be trying to get over him for the next 2 years.. YAY!
You'll meet a lot of people along the way with whom you've shared a secret or a fond memory. It's just life, and you've got many more people to make new memories with in future.
