On my legs it goes with cold water and if I pat them dry but when I shave my pubic hair it comes out in this horrible red rash wich I think is highly unnatractive, this rash lasts until my hair grows back again. How can I prevent the rash from happening?

You're 13-15, it's understandable that you're starting to think more about shaving in or around your pubic region. I'm a man, and from what I gather from my girlfriend, it seems to me that it's even harder for men to shave that area well. My tips are:*keep the area as clean as possible all the time*when you shave use something like shampoo to reduce friction on your skin*use the razor very lightly, it takes longer (I do it in parts over a few showers), but you get less of a rash*when you've shaved keep the area nice and dry, wear airy clothingI've also found that putting roll on antiperspirant on the shaven areas helps. As other have said, there are various other products that are probably better for the job than a razor. They're just not as cheap and maybe less convenient.

As for the bikini line have you thought about getting it waxed. Its not that painful and it'll last longer than shaving - I would get it done at a salon the first couple of times. Else I think the previous advice of just trimming it will work fine.

Well the easiest way is to stop shaving.
At your age I very much doubt that someone is going to be seeing you in your pants that often so getting a good pair of small sharp scissors and just trimming to keep the worst of it down should be fine.
Good Luck!! xx
