writes: Sometime I get jealous of friends and family that are doing better than me, I know I shouldn't be feeling that way, I should feel happy for them. But I just can't help to have that sour and jealous feeling toward them. Do I have a problem? How can I stop being jealous and envious??

No, you don't have a problem, other than the fact you're human. When you feel jealous of other people, just think of what they had to do reach whatever achievement it is you're jealous of, and if that is something you want, ask them how they did it, and then do it yourself.The worst thing you could do is belittle their achievements, or make rude remarks about them. Jealousy is a huge part of life- why do you think people are so happy when bad thing happens to wealthy/famous people???
