 apologise for whatever it is that you have done, but only if you mean it. promise her that you will never hurt her that way again, but only if you mean it. and then hope for the best. you may have destroyed all your girls trust and love for you and that is incredibly hard but possible to get back. if she does not agree to take you back then just take the positive out of this situation in that you have learnt the hard way not to treat people the way you have done so far and hopefully your future relationships can be happy ones
