writes:I havent been in a relationship for 6months. the time when the previous relationship ended. i was recently at the bus stop waitin for a bus and there was also an attractive lady. i didnt ask her out cuz i didnt hav the guts at the time. however is it cuz deep down im still not over my ex? is it cuz im somewhat insecure? it seems that i've lost my confidence. why is this? any help to overcome this?thanks.

 It's not necessarily a bad thing to be introverted with women! Some ladies see it as an endearing quality, and besides men with too much confidence come across as arrogant and overbearing. Just be yourself and before you know it glib conversation will come naturally! The more you feel comfortable in your own skin, the more confident you'll become! Relax, and have fun!
