Right this now you may convince yourself that, you want to be with the woman more than you want children but as time goes on the fact that you want them will come back, and it just going to store up problems. As hard as you might find it you need to let her go and move on.

You two should sit down and think everything through. If you love her kids and they love you then I can't see why it cannot work. If you don't like her kids well then I'm sorry but It wont work. They are a part of her.

reader, anonymous, writes (25 May 2010): Quite simply it can not work. HAving kids is one of those issues you cannot compromise on. Its a very binary issue. You either have a child or you do not.
I really suggest you move on and find a woman who will want to have children.
