writes: How can I learn gratitude? I try really hard, when things go real bad in my life to count my blessings, but I have such a hard time to do so. Am I a selfish bad person? I know, it would be greatly improving my life, yet I'm just always looking at things I don't have. I mean betrayal, loss, etc. Big stuff, but there is still so much to lose...How can I make myself more thankful for the things I have?I wish I would get some good ideas. Try to do some volunteer work with the less fortunate. Most of us are never as grateful as we should be while times are good. It's not until we knocked down a few pegs that we realize what is really important.
