What the hell: It's almost 11pm, and I have just finished talking to a guy I think I'm in love with. But how can I love a guy that makes me feel like utter rubbish? All he talks about sentence after sentence is this girl he's obsessed with. I swear he TRIES to make me feel this way. I am severely depressed and upset. I literally felt sick when he goes on about her. He could write an entire essay about her and more. Take all the things he's talked about her to me and you'll get an "(name) encyclopedia"!He took me shopping once, and told me it was her birthday and went to the underwear section and started looking for bras... I felt sick then too. There is much much more but I think this is enough for you to get the gist of it.I want help. I NEED help. I have no idea what to do, or what to say... I like him so much. He's mysterious, quirky, funny,.... but, also sometimes rude and VERY inconsiderate. I feel hopeless.

Oh dear...
First off, I'm so sorry to hear that.
Second, why not just talk to him about it?
Like, 'Could you please stop talking about her? Its making me uncomftarable..'
If that doesn't work, then just quickly end the conversation with, 'I have to go (blank)' Or something in that nature.
You two seem like good friends, so he should understand.
If not, then he probably isn't worth it.
Even if he really likes her, and they end up dating, chanced are it may not last for long, and when the relationship does end, he will come back to you.
Hope this helps...!
Good luck!!
