Can someone tell me what really works to help get off the baby weight and help tighten the skin back up? Also, right now my husband and I cannot have sex for obviously reasons, but we've had oral and anal sex. What are other ways I can turn him on and satisfy him sexually?

Or consult a registered dietician. To keep him satisfied sexually, sounds like you are working very hard for a woman who had a baby 2 weeks ago. I guess you could try having him put his penis in between your breasts, change positions, tie him up if he'd like that, tease him with dancing. The best person to ask about his sexual desires would be your man, right? Maybe try talking dirty to him to get some ideas.Just one more thing: You're taking care of your baby and your man. Who's taking care of you? Who's the one who is putting YOU first? Just wondering. I hope you guys do great together and congratulations on your new baby.

did I really just read that? Sorry but how old are you?
The OP is a mother not a 13 year old and as a mother it's important that she a accepts her body as 1000 times more beautiful than a models , after all it has given the supreme gift of life. Breast feeding is great and just eating nutritiously. Believe me the excercise will come naturally caring for a baby then toddler.
As for sexual needs there are many ways to meet each others needs. Just remember bubs needs come first then yours and third is your husband - any man who dosnt realise that is not ready to bea father

As someone who has studied anatomy and physiology, midwifery and nursing, i know that it is proven that breastfeeding makes you both lose weight and tightens up the stomach. It's best you dont jump straight back into an intensive diet/ exercise regime and partake in some simple light but effective exercise.
Swimming is a fantastic option as it targets the core muscles (for tone and definition), gives you a cardio workout (for weight loss) and is great for posture and balance. You'll find that a lot of leisure facilities will cater for mothers and child and some have mother and child pool sessions which is not only good for you but helps the baby (apparently studies have shown that babies can naturally swim, so the younger you start them the more chance they are to take to water)which should act as an extra incentive as not only do you get to exercise, but your child does too and it gives a fun activity for you both to participate in together.
If you are carrying a fair bit of baby weight i would strongly advice that you use an oil based product such as bio oil (although it has been suggested that olive oil works just as well)on the areas that you will be targeting as it will reduce the risk of stretch marks.
As for satisfying your husband it is a well known fact that the majority of the population orgasm via foreplay and very few from actual full sex. Therefore this gives you plenty of choices. Erotic Massages, oral stimulation and using sex aids are just a few options and may inject some new experiences and some extra fun into your relationship.
