When I get mad I punch walls and break things, I know I won't hurt her but my rage is being seen by my son. What can I do??? Reply to this Question Share |

You need some anger management counseling ASAP. You will learn techniques to help you control your rages before you do something you'll regret forever. Check out the social services available around your location. By the way, punching the wall is only a baby step away from punching a person or child.
